Sounds like you’re a residential customer in Colorado? If so, that explains why you’re getting those consistent speeds (and reasonable) speeds. I’m an RV customer and am therefore subject to deprioritization during those peak hours. If I was west of the Mississippi, like you, I would probably be seeing similar speeds that you are, even during peak periods because demand in the Western US is lower than the East.

ethernet is a basic Need for me.. (I think theres a dongle for the new dishy?).. but running phone systems and IP phones for my work in the DEV bus means wired.. with my cell service its as easy as a Mikrotik Router with a SIM.. but would be much harder to overcome completely no wired if dishy doesnt at least have a dongle. (ok that sounds wierd... Dishy with a Dongle)
