2006 International CE200 - Brakes went out

Hello everyone, first post on here and really looking for some help.

Like most newbies I bought a bus a month or two ago because it was just too good to pass up! Now I'm having trouble getting the any brake engagement.

The dash lights up like a Christmas tree and the bus when in drive goes into a limp mode limiting the speed to 15mph.

I bought this after someone who was partway thru his conversion so the inside is framed up and of course a lot of wiring is most likely cut.

The bus is a IC 200CE 2006 with hydraulic braking system by wabco.

I've gone thru all the easy to check fuses and connections, scrolled thru multiple forums looking for help, have the Truck Service manual and Electrical troubleshooting manual, about to tear out everything and check on all the wiring thru the body.

Any help would be appricated and Ill answer all questions/add pics and learn as much as I can in the meantime! THANK YOU

OK... so it might not be the same thing but sure sounds like it.
The wabco hydraulic block located in the frame is a very expensive piece to replace, therefore i decided to take it off of the unit and inspect it.. i found that the bearing that does the pumping was shot.. $10.00 for a bearing and reinstalled the unit and works great now... but again i had the same lights...quite a bit of labour to do and some fluid .. but saved me from purchasing that whole system.

I am having an issue with my Wabco HPB system as well. I was thinking about digging into the device but Wabco assures me they are not serviceable. I do have the Wabco Toolbox software and the codes I am getting have to do with the pumps running. Just wanted to see if you can offer any insight to this device and if it is truly not serviceable.
