ABS Dash Indicator Light

We have a 2001 Bluebird TC2000 and the ABS Dash Indicator light is on. Where do I start for diagnosing the issue? Thanks.

Do you have a bendix controller? Mine is above my driveshaft and rear brake chambers. Below is the manual that explains what to look for.

In this thread, post #1, I uploaded lots of good info on antilock brakes. While it the info is from the Intl/Amtran service manual you might find some good troubleshooting info.

Hi, simplest thing to start with is the wiring and check all your abs connections. Sometimes I've found that is a broken wire or a disconnected connection. The wires are multistrand but it's really small diameter wiring. I work some on semi trailer abs and sometimes it's the simplest thing that is the problem. Broken wiring, corrosion at the connections. It's not always the abs module. Just my 2 cents.
