Accessory Air Tank Location

Are there any issues with relocating the accessory air tank behind the rear axle in basically the same space as it goes now (driver's side of the frame)?

I read on this forum I need to put propane tank in front of rear axle due to some regulations and preferably on driver side. My accessory air tank is keeping me from doing this with my layout.

Right now nothing is on my accessory tank (used to be my front kid deflector /gate and my Stop sign). I plan to run an air horn off of it and maybe an auxiliary compressed air chuck.

Even if it catastrophically fails aren't there protections via a special valve that does not let primary tank lose air due to accessory leaks?

As EWO says, you're just fine moving it. In this video, I think I show how that pressure protection valve works to protect the braking system:
