Freightliner part numbers

Want to replace the air brake hoses, rear and front. 2006 Thomas FS65, Freightliner chassis.
Front hose part number is readable, A12-19533-021
Can't read the rear hose label, pn seems to be ??2-122??-034.

Is there someone having a similar bus to tell me the part numbers? Or is there a Freightliner document with all part number available?
