I can't help with the manuals, but as to the air tank fittings...which ones do you mean? Your tanks will have multiple sized threaded fittings depending upon their purpose. Some will be 1/2-inch NPT (National Pipe Thread), some may be 3/8-inch, and some will certainly be 1/4-inch (such as drain fittings). You might also have some 3/4-inch and I've even seen 2" on some air starter tanks. The best thing to do is measure or remove the fitting you're trying to match.

Most of your air brake lines will probably be 3/8" poly, but some lengths might be 1/2". Lines to air bags (air springs, in the suspension, if you have those) can be 3/8" or 1/4". Keep in mind the line size is not the same as the pipe NPT size...you can have a 1/2" NPT fitting with a 3/8" poly line PTC (push to connect) fitting.

I don’t think any manual will have fitting sizes. You have to verify that your self. Either hire someone to work on your bus, or get under the bus and measure it yourself. A manual is, at best give you a bluebird part number, but I would not expect to find sizes listed.
