Passenger side parking brake

I freed up the other three, but the Passenger rear parking break is stuck hard. No amount of hitting the drum seems to loosen it. The push rod on the back of the brake chamber moves when deactivating the brake from inside the cab, so I am assuming that this isn't a grounded door safety switch?

I had run into that issue (ignition wouldn't start the bus, could only start from the switch in the back by the engine).

Can I use heat to break the pad free? Could a door safety switch be affecting this somehow even if the pushrod moves?

2006 Thomas safety liner, 31 foot rear engine, Cat C7, Alison 3000 for what it's worth.

How thick are the brake linings? You may have camed over and the brakes are engaged. If you can get a picture of the cam and post it it may help.

I will try and get better photos tomorrow. I already changed out of my muddy clothes for the night, so I only have the one I already took

Thanks for your time.

The shoes are stuck to the drum. take a punch and hit the shoe directly fom behind. With the parking brake released. BLOCK THE WHEELS FIRST.
