Your bus will be close to the same as my 92 B700.
They have two ignition relays between the key and the starter.
First one is under the dash to the left of the drivers feet.
Second one is under a cover on the passenger frame rail, between the frame and the passenger front tire.
They are just like the ones Ford used to use on the firewall of their pickup trucks.
You can still hotwire your bus directly from the starter.
