Aloha

Greetings and salutations everyone.

I'm excited to get started on my build. Just spent the last 4.5 days driving my newly purchased bus back to Missouri. After two mountain ranges and hundreds of gallons of diesel, I'm prepared to start my endless skoolie endeavor. I've been reading much over the past month gathering ideas and forewarnings for this project and love the communality of skoolies.

I look forward to all the frustrations, achievements, and experiences this project will provide and will not hesitate to enlist the resourcefulness knowledge of all the members here.

My decision to embark on this was driven by getting fired from my previous job (environmental radiochemistry) without cause (officially). I found I have no taste for the traditional rat-race my parents had raised me to strive for (as well as my hatred for paying rent) and look forward to all the opportunities this will open up for me.

Thanks for all the advice in advance!
