Hey everyone.. im excited! So I know NOTHING ABOUT ENGINES OR CONVERTING... im looking at a 2005 ford starcraft allstar v10 gas engine. Can I get any comments on this ..GOOD OR BAD.. I'm not traveling alot, however I will be living in it Fulltime with my dog.. I will be driveway surfing plugging in and parked near the ocean from time to time.. It has less than 100k miles..

The Ford 6.8L V10 is a pretty good powertrain and will last many miles if taken care of. Being an E-series van chassis makes it harder to work on, but they are reliable.

Ok that's great to hear. That's kind of what I've been seeing on YouTube..Its a shuttle bus so I have so many questions on the actual conversion, from batteries, AC on and on... thanks for the response, its appreciated! I scheduled a consultation meeting next week. I think I'm jumping in over my head. Haha
