Aplicool trouble codes

Hey thanks for welcome me. Want get some help on this Aplicool cooler I brought. I’m getting a F4 error code try to get its meaning.

Alpicool support says F4 means compressor is overloaded.

From Amazon

Q:My panel says F3 and F4 and never is able to arrive to its set temperature.

A:*Dear customer, F3 and F4 means the compressor is over loaded by a frequently operation. Pls fridge off for around 30 minutes until it cools down and keep it in a good ventilation.Restart the fridge then check if it works.Thank you
