Hey everyone, been doing a lot of research and I've planned out a preliminary build using an online interior design program.
Here's the build (look on the right when you open the page and click 3D):

I'm looking for some experience builders to tell me what I could do better and what's not a great idea. The two main features are the rear bathroom and the pulley system bed. Under the bed will be my music area. Think synthesizers, rackmount equipment, and possibly a Yamaha CP-60M (that piano is to scale).
Between the bed and kitchen is the most ambiguous space. Right now I have a wardrobe and a couch, but I'm not completely sold on the necessity of a couch at all.
My cat and I will be the only passengers. I'm planning on a 8-10 window flat-nose FE or RE. This design assumes a 26ft FE with rear handicap door (what I'm currently looking at), so anything bigger would obviously give me more room but I don't want to go over 30ft.
The boxes you see underneath the bus are tool boxes(towards front) and 100 gallon fresh and gray tanks (towards back). I think on a 26-30ft bus I'd have enough room between the wheel base for both regardless of FE or RE but please let me know if I'm wrong. One of the toolboxes would hold my batteries, the other would hold outdoors stuff, maybe propane (not sure where I want to mount my propane tank).
If I end up with a FE then the very back will have a 12-18" storage area for the water heater, etc.
All criticism welcome! Thanks.
