E 350 Shuttle adequate for conversion?

Hi all! My wife and I found what we think would be a good platform as a conversion but I am unsure of the weight capabilities.
2009 E350 Starcraft shuttle with passenger seat in cab.
Will this handle the load?

I guess the payload of the E350 is around 4000 to 4500 lbs. Refrain from using 1000 lbs of batteries and a 120 gallons fresh water tank and you're good

That is what i’m basing my build on, gvwr is 10k. My bus with a full tank and my large self is Just under 7400 that gives me 2600lbs i doubt if my conversion, wife and family and all of our stuff will Equal 2000.
