Finally driving the Short Bus instead of riding it!

Good day,
Last weekend I picked up a 2001 Blue Bird seven window bus on an International 3800 chassis. It's got the T444E (7.3) engine and AT545 transmission. I plan primarily weekend trips in the Southeast with occasional skirmishes up to Virginia, so a transmission swap will be down the road someday. I've been doing a ton of reading on here and love the help people receive. I am working to determine what rear end gearing I have. Other than that, I have taken care of tax, tag, title and insurance. I'm hoping for a great learning experience. I am trying to maintain as much of the bus aesthetic as possible and keep it on the spartan side of modifications, especially since this is not a full time ride. Any advice is appreciated.
