Did you verify what engine is in the International yet? A few pictures of it may allow us to identify it for you if you've not done so yet.

I don't think I'd mind buying the '08 under different circumstances (blown engine and planning to swap for gas / LP power anyway). Not in a position to do anything at the moment though.
