Future bus owner (hopefully)

I am in the process of convincing my wife on a bus conversion. We will be needing room for two adults and 2 kids a 14' garage and a bathroom. I have looked a a few of the builds and have gotten a few ideas . If anyone has a specific build they thinks fits my needs please let ne know.

Bunk beds for four. And modest interior fit out and you're in business.
