Smile Greetings from Queens, NY! 😏

Greetings!

Not sure what happened to my original post so I thought I post again. I am currently look to purchase a short bus schoolie and could really use the support. It is my dream to get a short bus and convert it but settled looking for a van because it appears to be challenging entry mountaintop I found this website. I finally found a few buses but not in my price range or too far for me to get to. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself.👋

Well, I'm surprised none of the regulars have chimed in yet. I'm more of a lurker. Oh, well...Welcome to the forum. The depth of knowledge here is breathtaking. Make sure to avail yourself of it.

Welcome! And good luck in finding THE bus that's right for you.Definitely cast a wider net! Rust can easily be a deal breaker, and you aren't gonna find rust-free in your part of the world, unless you luck into one somebody else imported into NY...
Plenty of threads on the forum covering which states and auctions to suss out.
Itemize your planned utilization. If you're staying in the flatlands you'll have more options than if you expect to be mountain climbing! Again, plenty enough threads here on engine/tranny/body style. Time to start studying...

Welcome to the asylum!
