I would really love a RE flat nose, but now I'm thinkin it's gonna be out of my price range, or use up my whole budget. Now I'm banking on a C type dog nose bus, with 25 feet of floor length. That way I'm not too long and I still have all the room I need! *I think*

Welcome aboard, that's a lot like my bus, mine is a 1995 40ft with the same engine and trans. How many miles on yours? What's your plan for it full time tiny house or just a camping rig?

It needs steering tires, and is missing a mirror and seatbelt. All minor things in the grand scheme to us.

170k miles. We plan to full time when the conversion is done. It will have a roof raise and a full solar set up if everything goes to plan.

We plan to do blm land, national parks, and many years from now settle down on a piece of property.

We are going off grid, road schooling etc

I have a 92 Senator/Genesis. I love it. Raised the roof on it, too!

Glad to see another one on the forum.

If you wanna see what these look like under all the skins and stuff, check out my "roll your own" thread. Its long, but I've got virtually the same bus as you so you may find some helpful stuff in there.
These buses are GREAT!

I see a possibility for a motorcycle garage in the handicapped door back there
