welcome. first search for mistakes and things people wished they did on thier build. that is without a doubt the best advice you will find. we did since insulation was number 1 we chose to raise the roof 16 inches to give us room for 4 inches. next issue is CONDINSATION lots of misinformation here. your cooking, shower, breath and even your farts is where it comes from. no heat source can remove it or causes it. if you can keep it hot enough the metal or glass can not get cold and it wont condense but it is still there. a dehumidifer is required. we also used sill insulation between any wood that contacted metal and painted all wood. a paint additive can help keep mold from forming and i do reccomend it. lastly watch out for the armchair google experts as they become very vocal

Welcome! I'm positive there will be TONS of people trying to pick your brain very shortly... lol

In all seriousness, do tell the details on your purchase. I'm just trying to get active here again after lurking mainly for years, so my (re)intro is actually inbound shortly.
