I am bidding on a few busses here in Florida but like many things here it seems impossible to get answers to questions. Do I need to register the bus as a motor home or bus first then convert it? what abt insurance, it seems that I need insurance to register but I want to make a motor home not a transport bus. Any help will be very gratefully accepted. Thank you in advance! Frank

I had to get commercial insurance. The dmv has a conversion affadavit you fill out to convert it to a motorhome.
