Smile Hello All, just bought my 1st bus

Hi Everyone. I've been reading this forum for many months in prep for buying a bus. I just bought a 1993 GMC diesel short school bus from a school district with all the service records and the phone number of the mechanic who serviced it for 13 years. I'm feeling pretty good so far, although its a little scary. Thank you for this site and support for newbies like me. Pics ( and no doubt, questions) to come soon.

Welcome to the Madness Jenny! --- And it sounds like you are off to a really great start. The records are worth their weight in gold and not typically easy to come by. But...having the contact info on the bus's mechanic...that is just way too outstanding!

Welcome Jenny
Yep, i had that scared feeling for over a month.
It's intense. But it faded on its own, and now i am left with gratitude that i took the leap.

Good luck!
