Howdy. I’ve been lurking around your fine forum for a few days, and I wanted to say thanks for all the treasure already posted here. Seriously, I don’t have any questions to post at the moment because I keep digging up so much on the major newbie topics. So, thanks.

The short version of our story is that we’re a 30-something couple with a young family. We spent our early adulthood doing all this stuff we were “supposed” to do, and one day we woke up in this house we could barely afford with a bunch of stuff we didn’t need and debt. There were many discussions and then a moment of clarity, and in short we hocked everything, paid off the debt, and have been living smaller and wiser while trying to figure out the next step.

I think a bus (full time) might be the next step, and I’m looking forward to being part of this community.

If anyone wants to offer up opinions/suggestions, I’m most interested in diesel pushers such as the late 90s Thomas Saf-T-Liners and similar Bluebirds.

Thing is, I am so new to this that I don’t know what I don’t know. So all constructive guidance is appreciated.
