Hello Friends…what did we just do?

Hello decided and bought a 40’ flat nose 8.3 Cummings 99’ BLUEBIRD) because we always find a reason to say while we are driving, We could really use a KITCHEN, a bathroom, a couch, etc. plus we wanna travel with the family doing homeschool, ministry, music, real estate, etc. Quite ambitious if you ask me. Soooooo, having no experience building a HOME, we are gonna build a home away from home.
We’d love to jump in from time to time (ie. every moment of the build ..LOL) to make sure we are making smart moves.
YouTube has been a good friend to me. We welcome your advise.

Welcome to the club! We have a 40' flat nose RE and our situation sounds similar. We are in real estate and are currently sitting in an Indiana State Park doing school with our 6 kids. We are not full timers but love taking trips whenever we want.
