Hello from a newbie looking for advice

I am looking into to purchasing my first bus. It is a 92 international with a 5.9 navistar diesel. I want to convert it into a toy hauler camper to haul my jeep, car, wheelers, and snowmobiles depending on the season. How difficult is it this going to be? I am planning to have it be a work in progress as once it is a shortened I will eventually add water, cabinets and other stuff as time and money allows. I am a millwright/machinist by trade so I have familiarity with tools. So I guess that I am looking for any advice that anyone has.

Haha I know I should. I got into diesels a few years back specifically the 12 valve cummins and now I have acquired enough parts and pieces to stuff one in a 40 Chevy deluxe. Just once I need to find a cheap and easy hobby like knitting or something. Not saying that knitting is easy as I have never attempted.
