Hello from Asheville NC

Hey! My partner and I have been looking at buses for a while now and can't wait to convert our own to live in full time. We were close to a purchase but things fell apart at the last minute. (Don't you hate it when a good one gets away?)

We wanted to finally say hello and also get the good folks here at skoolie.net to weigh in on a craigslist post we have been pondering.

1997 Bluebird bus t444e

We like that the seats are out but we don't know how or if the floors were treated for rust. It also doesn't look like the floors were insulated when the new floor went in but the plywood sub floor does look new. If we have to remove the oak floors to insulate would it even be worth it?

The offer stands closer to $5000 with no insulation work having been done to the walls or ceiling. Thanks for your guidance please get back to us with thoughts, concerns, and comments!
