Hello from California looking for advice

Hey everyone, I'm new to the skoolie scene but excited to buy a bus of my own.

There are a couple for sale close to me, but even reading up on this site a lot, there are a lot of questions specific to each bus.

I'm interested in using it for a few road trips a year, including one of approx 1000 miles round trip into the desert. Reliability is important to me as I'm not a mechanic.

Here are the ads for the few locally:
https://sacramento.craigslist.org/cto/6118646711.html

https://sacramento.craigslist.org/cto/6127979487.html

https://sacramento.craigslist.org/rvs/6120312656.html
(this one is interesting since it's already done, and it looks pretty great, although from what I'm researching here it's underpowered possibly and it's probably more than I want to spend)

Would love to hear some advice, tips or really any help at all. Being in California I feel I'm much better off finding one already registered as an RV. I don't mind doing the conversion myself.

Thank you!

At the listed prices that Crown is the only one I'd consider.
There are at least one or two REALLLY nice buses on GovDeals and Public Surplus right now in Cali.

Which ones? Are they by any chance short or medium length busses?
