Talking Hello from Houston!

Hi everyone! been a lurker for awhile but after buying my own bus and past the roof raise phase i figured its time to join in on the conversation and fun

I bought a 30ft 2000 Bluebird with a DT466E and 7 speed Manual tranny, drove it half across the country down through Florida then across I-10 to Texas so its a runner!
I will post some new pictures of its current state but currently I am in the rusty interior floor removal/paint phase of the build.

I believe EWO1 on this forum likes to make those FL to TX trips on I-10 as well.

We always enjoy pictures past present and future.

You have an interesting front end roof raise. Curious why that shape was chosen.
