Hello from Kansas
Hey all, very happy to have found this site as i have recently purchased my Uncle's 95 International 3800 converted school bus. He bought the bus 11 years ago and converted it to a camper/toy hauler. We made two road trips in it after the conversion, one to Baja Mexico and the other to Pismo California before he became ill with cancer so the bus sat in a barn for close to 7 years. He passed away a year ago and it's time to get it back on the road again so I bought it and am preparing it for a trip to Parker AZ in a few weeks. Before he got sick he had torn down the bathroom and bunks we had built to make some minor changes but was too ill to complete so am trying to get it usable for the upcoming trip. One unique thing we did to the bus years ago was hinge the driver's side rear wall to expand the opening to allow loading of motorcycle/quad/golf cart and will post pics of that later. Anyway, looking forward to learning lots from you all and making my (new) bus our pride and joy once again. Thanks!
