Hi Guys,

I'm Charles just recently bought a BUS. I don't pick it up until the 18th but I have many plans for the conversion, and hope to use this site as a good source for information from those who have done it before!

My conversion is more of a Toy hauler with most of the space going toward the garage section. The plan to use and store each seasons toys in the garage section and have everything ready to go when it's time roll! Most of the usage will be in the winter for snowmobiling.

Cool garage !! never seen a liftgate on a bus. Sounds like it will fit some sleds perfectly.

Just bought it, So I have many questions.

1. Solutions for heating
2. keeping water tanks warm in the winter?
3.Shower
4. Sound system wiring
5. Sleeping idea's and ect. ?

Heating? Wave 8 catalytic heaters

Water tanks? Electric heaters galore for the holding tanks; likewise hose wraps.

Shower? Until you get the water situation sorted out, a basin for heating water.

Sound? How about a boom box?

Sleeping? Decide where your bed will stay. You'll probably have to have a custom bed frame made. Decide on how large the mattress will be. Once that's decided, buy a German Federbett from Betten-Anne. They ship to the States. Sizes are in centimeters. I've survived two Montana winters under them. Sure, they're pricey, but well worth it.
