Hello from N.W.A.

I stumbled across this site while looking up skoolies.

I had a guy bring his bus to my work to have us plumb his propane. Owner of the company didn’t want to do it. But I did. I thought the bus was awesome as hell. (Kind of a little hippy in me as I was born and raised in the S.F. Bay Area).

And I’ve been looking into it ever since then.

Still looking around getting ideas.

Basically I want a little rv to take camping. Just the wife and a 12yr old boy. May take the 16yr old daughter but she’s a typical teenage girl lol.

Welcome. That's a cool way to get your first exposure.

Read, read, read, read, read.........every second of it will put $$ in your pocket when you buy and build your bus, by knowing what to look for, and seeing easier and less-expensive ways to get things done. This is a great resource.

Welcome to the forum and fun. Most people here are pretty decent and are of help.
Coming from a guy that has had RVs before, I can tell you buses are by far the better choice for RVing. I scrapped out my last 2 and man are they built like crap, only some fiberglass and styrofoam keep everything in, very little metal frame work.

Is your boss hank hill? Hhahaha.

Northwest Arkansas.

And no the owners of the company didn’t want to take the liability of running the gas lines.
