Hello from Tri-Cities, Washington

Greetings Skoolies!
My desperate search for knowledge brought me to this site. Had I known about Skoolie.net I would have joined a long time ago. Many years ago I started with a '71 Gillig school bus minus seats and windows half covered. By now I am most familiar with the joys of conversion.

Presently it is clear my air-wipers need attention. I have no problem diving into projects but digging into the dashboard and getting close to the wiper motors seems a bit daunting. Are there service manuals available for old Gilligs? I would be interested if electric conversions are possible. Any assistance hunting up a manual or information on how one tears into the dashboard (not to mention fix leaky air-wipers) is most appreciated! Thank you very much!
