Hello, nice to meet you all.

I’m new to skoolies, but I did live in a van once. I love to travel, I spent a few years hitchhiking when I was younger. I recently bought a 1986 Chevy B6000 366 44passenger bus. Some of the conversion work has been done. It has a grey water tank, small 55gl interior water tank, a 12v inverter with 110 plug-ins, stove, sink, bathroom, and a really nice backup camera. My wife and I plan to update it, install a shower, build a smaller kitchen area, roof A/C, a bedroom, deck on top, small deck behind with fold out stairs, and storage underneath using old truck toolboxes.

Welcome. And congrats on your bus. It sounds like you have a great leg up on things. Enjoy the journey. Best wishes. Elizabeth.
