Here is the model that I bought, it's from Canadian Amazon supplier and shipped from Canada. There may be the same available on US Amazon.
This model has a 4" exhaust on top however there is also louvred slots on the side of body so it is not a completely sealed burner chamber. As you can see in my photo I've installed it in the rear garage area and will build a heat shield collector above it and am installing a powered vent in the roof that will be tied to water pump so only coming on when hot water demand is present.

Those louvers are just to allow cooling air in around the burn chamber right? The chamber itself is sealed and all combustion products go out the exhaust.
