Howdy

Howdy everyone. Well I'm now officially in the market for a bus! I've been lurking for a while now and working on a design for my own skoolie. I have a background in residential construction and am an electrician by trade. I've always been fascinated by PV systems, but never owned a house to put one on. As a consequence, the electrician in me is very excited to build out an off-grid skoolie relying mostly on solar power!

P.S. I'm planning on utilizing as many reclaimed materials as possible. If you're upgrading your own skoolie and need to get rid of gently used items, then let me know!

Welcome to the forum. We built our first bus over the course of last year and learned a lot about PV for our setup. We haven't really pushed our system too much yet, but should get the chance to a few times this year.
