Howdy! Future skoolie owner
Hello,
I've been lurking on skoolie.net for some time and have recently decided to make an account and start engaging in some active research, as well as comment on some of the awesome builds going on. First off I'd like to thank the community for being so helpful right off the bat! It's really cool to see a large gathering of people interested in a common idea, and be so willing to provide knowledge to the less experienced of us out there.
My name is David, I plan on full timing out of my future skoolie, and as of right now am a remote support technician. I'm almost through with my bachelors in Information Technology, and my ideal career is going to be a penetration tester.
The idea of settling down somewhere at this stage in my life is not appealing at all, and I figured I'd rather put money in the gas tank than money to a landlord, and have nothing to show for it after my lease is up. I am currently near Tampa, FL, with aspirations to get into the mountains as soon as possible.
Looking forward to starting my conversion as well as watching the progress of everyone else in the community!
