Jackalope Bus!

Hey everyone new to the skoolie life just got and started renovation on a 1999 International Genesis IS 3000 30 ft with a navistar and Allison transmission.

Was a full time RV nomad for 4 years with my dog and girlfriend. We lived in a 21’ Toyota Motorhome and finally opted for more space, power, and stopping power.

Already removed the seats, AC units, ceiling, and insulation. Walls and floor are next... I’m learning to navigate the forum but wondering if anyone has good suggestions of where to start once I’m done with demolition?
Probably get the roof water tight and right. Rust treat the floor and paint? Window deleting? Then what? I’m moving the bus to Montana from New Mexico in 2 months so I can’t get too deep into something that will be in the way since I’m loading it up and blasting to MT to finish it for RV registration. And won’t have money for spray foam until the summer so can only get so deep into building inside.
Really appreciate having this forum and community to help!!
