Jumped in the deep end

So we started thinking of purchasing a bus not long ago. Have been on this site non-stop for over a month. Not being in a hurry I started making my must have list, preferred, etc.... Knowing that with patients the right bus will come up eventually. Then yesterday a family member said that a near by school was thinking of getting rid of a bus dirt cheap. It is still in service and even though it didn't check all the boxes it is in great shape and has maintenance records. Wife fell in love and that was it (It is from her old elementary school). Super stoked to get this home and start this journey once we get it home.

So meet Penelope.

She is a 1998 Crown built by Carpenter / Spartan chassis. 5.9 Cummins / AT545. Exterior 30' with 24'6" inside

Howdy neighbors! Looks like y'all are really happy with your new bus! Congratulations!

So, if you do not mind, what what was the price?

Congratulations! That is a good price and you all appear happy, so that is what matters most. Keep the fluids clean and an eye on that AT545 (but you probably already know that).
