Jumping In and am going to by a Skoolie

Working on my bus requirements list, looking for resources to evaluate all aspects of a bus, outside of this resource are there any other suggestions?
Gas or Diesel
Air brakes or Hydraulic
Automatic or manual
What are the key alarm bells I should look out for
Flat nose or stick out nose
Air suspension or traditional
