Question Just bought a bus...help!

Hi Everyone,
I just bought my bus on ebay. It is a 2001 International Blue Bird School Bus Skoolie RV. TITLED as an RV! 72passenger.2001 International Blue Bird 3800 School Bus.
It has a 7.3 liter Powerstroke diesel with less than 129k miles, hydraulic breaks. What attracted me was the fact that the conversion was already started. Seats out, bus primed and already registered as a RV.After purchase though messaging back and forth with the seller, I was notified that the abs light was on but the breaks work fine. It starts up fine but has not been driven in a year and has some rust. Should this be a deal breaker? I payed $3400 for it. I am so scared I overpayed for something that barely works. It was also stated in the description it had 2 new batteries 9 months old and 1 month old.

https://youtu.be/PEOpwVhUzfk this is a video of the bus. The idea of not having to demo is nice because i work alot. All opinions and suggestions greatly appreciated thanks.

Chassis: Freighliner FS65
Engine: Cat 3126
Rated Cap: 15
Its missing the plates that were riveted on between the windows on the outside.
Looks to be the maximum amount of bus with the minimum amount of engine.
Just my first thoughts.
