Just getting started!
Hello everyone,
My name is Matt. I'm from San Diego and I'm looking to convert a school bus into a vehicle myself and 3 band members could comfortably tour and sleep in.
I'd love any advice any of you seasoned skoolie owners have for someone just starting the journey. I have not purchased a bus or even decided entirely on what size.
I want to get the smallest possible bus that can accommodate our needs. We'd need space for 4 people to sleep, adequate space for storing all our gear. Preferrably I'd also like to have space for a small bathroom and a small food prep area.
What do you guys think is a realistic budget for completing this project?
Any cool gadgets that you guys think is a must have?
Again, any advice would be much appreciated!
