We've been waffling over the last five years over whether to do a bus, a tiny house trailer, or an Amish shabin. We just decided to sell our house while the market is still hot - closing day after tomorrow. In God's providence we were driving down a road near our town and there it was with a for sale sign. Now we have all the cash we need for the conversion as well as purchase some land and get off the grid.

I was going to ask how the current fuel prices affected your decision but I guess it will be parked most of the time.
