Just Signed Up Yesterday!

Good Morning Everyone! My first post on this site, it is 3AM and just about to finish my midnight shift! I appreciate all of the great comments and suggestions on this site. I had only started my research into a Skoolie a few weeks ago, but had thought about traveling in a converted bus YEARS ago. Now is the time!
First a bus... All comments and help with this daunting task will be a great help. I have absolutely no mechanical abilities what so ever. I also have no intentions of doing any of the conversion on my own or with help. To a specialist it will go. There! I will keep my first post short!
Thank you and I look forward to getting to know you

What kind of bus are you looking for? Any certain kind or size? Also people may be able to help you find what you are looking for if you add a bit more info about yourself, such as a location. Welcome to the site.

Thank you! I am in Western New York ( brrrr) and want to make a Skoolie my permanent home. I am looking for an 8 window bus, so not too big and not too small. It will be me and my 3 cats and occasionally grandchildren. Wow, I sound like an old cat lady. I was a cross-border truck driver for 15 years; running between Buffalo NY and Toronto Ontario Canada daily. I drove mostly Freightliner Gross Vehicle Weight of 30,000. I also slid under the radar with a small cabover at 17,995 GVW. I want to stick to diesel, because I plan on doing a lot of traveling especially in the summer. That's a start! Thanks for reaching out.

Are you looking for a bus with 8 windows total for the passenger part of the bus, or 8 windows going along the side of the bus?

I was able to find a few buses like what you are looking for and all the others was the closet i could find to what you are looking for. Some with 8 windows others with 7 or 10. All of them cost under $10k because I didnt want to sound rude by asking what your price range was. Here is some links to different buss i found in Ny, Pa, Connecticut, and Maryland I think. Just the surrounding states near you. I wasnt able to find many buses to your standard in Ny. Hope this helps with your search.
