Just starting out

Good Morning Everyone!
I recently became the owner of a 2001 Thomas bus and plan to convert it to an RV like most people on this site. I am in the Quantico VA area, if anyone is in the area let me know! I look forward to scouring this site for information and ideas
Cheers!

Welcome Phrogman,

I have some bad news for you. It looks like part of your bus fell off.

I am guessing that you are building a "toterhome". I want to do the same on a little smaller scale. I'm hunting for a 6-7 window CE for mine.

We look forward to seeing your build.

Yeah man,
I bought the bus with the rear already chopped, I don't see any projects with what I have planned. I plan on using it as a crawler hauler, which the rear engine complicates but will be doable. I plan to rebuild the rear bulkhead and do a roof raise. Needless to say, I have a ton of fun stuff ahead on this build.

The front fell off. That's not typical

It will be very interesting to see what you do with that bus.
