Looking for help in reviewing and Ad

Looking to purchase a School bus to convert, and saw this ad which really caught my eye! It seemed to check all the boxes I was looking for in a School bus however I was wondering if some with more trained eyes than I could look it over. Thank you!

The general advice here is to get a 2003 bus or older. The MaxxForce engine is especially not highly regarded - this one already has diesel getting into the oil. This bus also has a lot of signs of rust. Keep looking.
