Looking for stories

Hi, all! I'm a journalist for a newspaper in Jefferson City, Missouri, and I'm working on a story about skoolie life. This site has been wonderfully informative, and I'm thankful to get perspectives here. Would anyone be familiar with skoolies in Mid-Missouri? I would love to get their perspective for an article.

If the public forum is the wrong place for this conversation and I can redirect this to a PR department, please let me know!

Thanks!

Topeka here

drove right by you last sunday........ Slightly deranged grandpa here. My buses, I own three now. 1954, 1958 and 1994

are used to haul grandkids around. Vans are cheaper, burn about the same amount of fuel and are boring as hell. The kids get to scream when we go out for Ice Cream.

im a Bus enthusiast.. havent camped a day in my life except in Fancy campers.. I have 4 busses. i drive 3 of them everywhere.. ../one is a mobile Office / Tech development rig..

One is a Hotrod of sorts..

another is the twin to one I rode to school in 1978

the 4th is a project waiting to be started.. a 1965 GMC City bus

I love mechanical and electrical things.. so I resotre / restomod busses like many would do to classic cars.. (classic cars got boring for me so i turned to busses)
