Lurking and Learning. ( I hope)

Hey, gang.

I've been lurking and pondering here for quite a while.

I'm trying to decide where to go.

I have a small slide-in truck camper that I hate, but it has all the stuff to make an RV. ( appliances & what-not)

I'm nowhere near a decision point yet, but I felt like it was time to chime in.

I have enough experience with factory-built RV's to contribute a little.

I have enough experience with automotive electrical, tool & die, and rough carpentry to be dangerous.

I need to tow a very small (2000 lb) aluminum boat and trailer wherever I go.

Would love to build a shorty on a cutaway van chassis, but I know I'm too lazy to do all the work. I will probably end up buying a small class C.

But I thought I would introduce myself, anyway, since I have started butting into other threads.

Let me know if I need to skedaddle,

Marty
