Michigan Wanderlust

We are wrapping up our conversion of taking a 40ft bus cutting 8 ft off of it. Turning the last 8 ft into a toy hauler garage. With the forward 24 ft being living space. Our toy hauler garage will fit both our motorcycles, now that we have flattened one of the wheel wells. Super excited to get this all done, her maiden voyage is July 13.

Whoever, let see it.

Welcome to the Insane Asylum, MI Wanderlust.

You say that you are wrapping up taking a 40 ft bus and cutting eight feet off the rear?
OR
....received my bus with no rear end, previous owner cut it...

No matter who did the fabrication & ectomy work. Share some photos. Add an Abulm, upload some pictures, let us see that rig. We dig MC pix, too.

We bought our bus with the back windows and door removed, the previous owner used it to haul his razers. We brought it home, used plasma torches and variety of other persuaders to cut 8 ft off the back end. It now is 32 ft long, with the back 8 ft being toy hauler "garage" separate from the forward 24 ft RV area.

We Love Hauler RVs

Sounds awesome. Above my experience level, but some of our members have built some outstanding haulers.
(see SportRick's Photos)

We want to see the work you've done. The forum will allow you to post pictures after five (5) posts. Please make two more posts. Then upload some photos of your rig.

Two posts:

-What kind of motorcycle(s) will you haul?

-What are your plans for the RV portion?

....photo bomb us....

Don't suppose you'd be willing to share a few pictures, perhaps a simple block diagram of the layout, would you?
