Midsize handicap toyhauler

We recently purchased a 2001 International midsize (31ft) with the DT466E, allison transmission and air ride rear suspension. We plan to use the handicap lift as a motorcycle lift and use the back 4ft as the garage for it. Hoping to fit in a small bathroom with a composting toilet and small trough tub. The kitchen will be simple with a mini fridge, 3 burner cooktop, small bucket sink and lots of open counter. We would like a couch that slides out to a bed and a small woodstove to fit in without killing too much floor space. The plan is to take our time and have fun with it and maybe finish it within a year. So far we have all but 3 seats out, painted the outside, titled as rv, insured and registered. Took it for a picnic on the beach tonight...just cause WE HAVE A BUS!
