Mountain Bike Team Bus

Hello - our first year with our team school bus - used to haul kids and bikes!! We'll be customizing it but right now, it's a 2003 Chevrolet 3500 cutaway with 18C body, with rear wheelchair lift / open in the rear (perfect for carrying 6 bikes!). Put on a rear hitch so we can carry six bikes on the back!! We're loving it!! Located in central NY.

We cut ours off to make room for the bikes! Did you have the rack made because we are looking for something like that.

Given that one good mountain bike can easily cost more than a skoolie, do you put the bikes inside every time you stop? Or do you have some sort of amazing security system for the bike rack?

I use a person watch if on the road!! You're right, the 6 bikes out-cost the Skoolie by a factor of 3 at least when loaded down!
