Need place to do conversion in New Mexico

Greeting all. Just picked up skoolie from AAA bus in Phoenix. Looking for place near Albuquerque New Mexico to do conversion. Electrical hookup would be super but can get generator if needed. No preference on inside/outside. Willing to trade/barter my labor as partial payment. Insurance says within 150 miles of Albuquerque. Will supply my own tools so just need place to park. Any help greatly appreciated. Suggestions also welcome.
